1 ripe banana (mashed)

¼ cup peanut butter

¼ cup Greek yogurt

1 scoop protein powder

¼ cup oat flour

¼ cup mini chocolate chips

¼ teaspoon baking powder

1 egg

วิธีทำ

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and egg. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Combine the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, and mini chocolate chips.

Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Cool and Slice: Allow the bars to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, slice into bars.
