Reuben Pinwheels

1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 pound sliced corned beef (thinly sliced)
1/2 cup sauerkraut (drained well)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
วิธีทำ
Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a flat surface and pinch seams to seal, forming a large rectangle.
Layer ingredients: Spread the Thousand Island dressing over the dough. Evenly layer the corned beef slices, drained sauerkraut, and shredded Swiss cheese on top.
Roll and slice: Starting from the long edge, roll the dough tightly into a log. Use a sharp knife to slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
Brush with egg wash: Arrange the pinwheels on the prepared baking sheet and brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Cool and serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
