วิธีทำ
Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 23x23 cm (9x9 inch) baking dish.
Drain the Cottage Cheese: Place the cottage cheese in a fine-mesh strainer for 10-15 minutes to remove excess whey.
Mix the Bake: In a large bowl, whisk together the drained cottage cheese and eggs until smooth. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla. Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, and baking powder, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the diced apples.
Make the Crumble: In a separate small bowl, combine the crumble topping ingredients: rolled oats, chopped nuts, melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Assemble and Bake: Pour the apple mixture into the prepared baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the top.
Bake: Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Rest is Key: Allow the bake to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This helps the fruit set and ensures a better texture.
Pro Tip for a Fluffy Bake: Using rolled oats and allowing the bake to rest after cooking are essential for achieving a fluffy yet firm texture.
