2 Minute Blueberry Crisp

1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup oats
1 serving vanilla protein powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
pinch of salt
วิธีทำ
Add the blueberries, cornstarch and lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together.
Microwave for 1 minute.
In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt. Add a splash of water at a time until you have a crumble texture.
Add on top of the blueberries then microwave for 1 more minute.
I like to add a tbsp of greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
