Passover Strawberry Mousse

Ingredienser

You will need:

2 cups of cut up strawberries (about one box)

2 egg whites

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 cup granulated sugar

Instruktioner

Wash and dry strawberries very well.

Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.

Separate your two eggs.

Add all ingredients into electric mixer bowl.

Mix on high for 10-15 minutes. You should be able to flip it upside down without it falling out!

Put into your serving bowl and freeze.

Keep in the freezer until serving for a delicious frozen treat!
