The wrap:

250ml egg whites, beat until stiff peaks (4ish mins on high) baked at 400F for 10 minutes, or until top is light golden. Optional, stir/fold in seasonings of choice and 1/2 tsp cornstarch at end for help with consistency.

2 slices turkey bacon

100g ricotta cheese

few slices of tomato!
