1 lb thin-sliced chicken breasts
Kosher salt & freshly cracked black pepper
1œ cups panko breadcrumbs
1œ cups finely grated Parmesan, divided
1œ tsp Italian seasoning, divided
2 eggs, beaten
Œ cup neutral oil (avocado or vegetable), for frying
1 small yellow onion, finely diced
3â4 cloves garlic, grated
1 (24-oz) jar Bionaturae Arrabbiata Pasta sauce
3œâ4 cups chicken broth (start with 3œ)
1 lb Bionaturae chiocciole pasta
ω1 cup heavy cream (depending on how creamy you like it)
2 oz fresh mozzarella
Handful of fresh basil
