1 bag frozen Orieda hashbrowns (cubed kind)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 8 oz sour cream
2 cups cheese (Monterey Jack/ Cheddar/Mozzarella)
1 small onion (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and add a little cheese to the top then cook at 350º for about 1 hour.
