Ultimate Tzatziki

Ingredienser

1 Cup Greek Yogurt

2 Persian Cucumbers (finely chopped)

3 Cloves Garlic (mashed)

1 Lemon (juiced)

1 Tablespoon Dried Dill

1/3 Cup Fresh Mint (chopped)

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

Instruktioner

To prepare this ultimate tzatziki, start by washing and chopping the Persian cucumbers.

Then, add them to a bowl alongside the the greek yogurt, garlic cloves, lemon juice, dried dill, fresh mint, and kosher salt. Mix well, until all of the ingredients are incorporated into the yogurt.

Cover the bowl and transfer it to the fridge. Allow it to set for at least 10 minutes, until it's thick and creamy.

Once it's done, remove it from the fridge, serve with your favorite recipes (like my Scorched Rice Loaded Chicken Gyro Bowls), and enjoy!
