Key Lime Pie

2 tsp Lime zest (The more zest you use the more tart)
½ cup Lime Juice
1-14 oz can Condensed sweet milk
4 egg yolks
Instruktioner
Whip together yolks and zest, set aside for 5 minutes.
Beat together condensed milk and yolks; add yolk and zest mixtures. Let stand 5 minutes until firm.
Pour into pie crust of your choice
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes
Cool and refrigerate
