High Protein Hoagie Salad

Ingredienser

Salad—⁣

1 8oz box @eatbanza rotini pasta⁣

1 1/2 cups iceberg lettuce⁣

3/4 cup mini mozzarella balls⁣

1/2 cup pepperoncini⁣

3/4 cup pepperoni, chopped⁣

3/4 cup salami, chopped⁣

3/4 cups red bell peppers (in a jar/can), chopped⁣

1 can garbanzo beans, drained & rinsed⁣

1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced⁣

3/4 cups parmigiano reggiano cheese, freshly grated⁣

Dressing—⁣

1/2 cup olive oil⁣

1/4 cup red wine vinegar ⁣

1 tb dijon mustard ⁣

1 tb oregano ⁣

2 tsp garlic powder⁣

1 tsp kosher salt⁣

1 tsp ground black pepper ⁣

First, prepare your dressing. Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk until smooth. Set aside. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse and set aside. Next, chop all of your vegetables for the pasta salad. Add all of your ingredients to a large bowl, along with the pasta.
