The recipe 👇
40g (1.4oz) oatmeal
60g (2.1oz) flour (I used baker’s flour)
½ tsp baking powder
1 scoop (30g / 1oz) whey protein powder
1 egg
120ml (½ cup) skim milk
I added sugar free maple syrup like Noel)
Blend it all together and into the waffle maker.
