Cottage Cheese Pizza Base 🍕🔥
This one was a F*CK! Definitely worth a try for yourself. I made a few changes which you I’ll list below.
The recipe 👇
210g cottage cheese 4 percent (7.4 oz)
2 large eggs
30g all purpose flour (1.1 oz) I used baking flour for better base
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
110g shredded mozzarella (4 oz) (I used light mozzarella)
120g pizza sauce (4.3 oz)
Your toppings of choice (I used 20g pepperoni)
Instruktioner
Mix cottage cheese and eggs until smooth, add flour, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder then mix well
Spread on a lined tray
Bake at 200C or 400F for 15 to 20 minutes until golden
Add sauce, cheese, and toppings, bake for another 8 to 10 minutes until melted
Slice and enjoy
