Ingredienser

1 pack of cream cheese (8oz)

1 can of evaporated milk

1 can of condensed milk

5 eggs

1 tbsp lemon juice (concentrated)

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup sugar

Instruktioner

Need 8 or 9 inch glass pie mold and1 larger metal mold where the pie mold can fit. (the metal mold will be filled up to about 1/2 inch of water).

Place metal mold with water (1/2 inch deep) in oven at 350°.

In a mixing bowl soften cream cheese a little bit at medium temp (power #6) for about 20 seconds.

Continue mixing cream cheese with a mixer.

Add evaporated and condensed milk and mix.

Add eggs, lemon and vanilla.

Place sugar in small sauce pan on the highest setting on stove and continuously mix with a spoon until it melts to a caramel. MAKE SURE IT DOES NOT BURN.

When caramel is ready immediately spread evenly on bottom of glass pie bowl. Be careful, caramel can burn your skin very efficiently.

Pour mixture into the glass pie bowl and place it into the metal bowl in the oven.

Bake for at least 50 minutes and check it with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, it is ready. If not, give another 5 minutes.

Cool first at room ttemperature and chill. After it is cold, turn over on bigger plate.
