Charcuterie Cheeseball

Cheeseball
8 oz Cream cheese, softened
½ c mayo
½ c sour cream
1 ½ c shredded mozzarella
1 ½ c shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
1 c bacon, crumbles
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
¾ c pepper jelly or other jam
Topping:
1 c pecans, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 bacon crumbles
Instruktioner
Preparation:
Place plastic wrap on the inside of a 8 cup bundle pan to fully line the pan. Wrap should hang over the outside edges.
For the cheese spread:
In a med size bowl, add cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, shredded cheeses, green onion, bacon bits, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
For the Topping:
Sprinkle the pecans, bacon, and green onions in the bottom of the lined pan. Carefully spoon cheese spread into the pan over the toppings and press down on the top to evenly
