Chicken Brothy Rice

Ingredienser

For the chicken:

4 chicken thighs

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tbsp vegetable oil

garlic powder to taste

black pepper to taste

For the broth:

3 cups of water

1 tbsp of @betterthanbouillon roasted chicken base

1 tbsp soy sauce (or more, to taste)

2 small sticks of lemongrass

2 peeled pieces of garlic

4 pieces of bok choy

white rice

garnish (green onion, cilantro, chili oil)

Instruktioner

Marinate chicken using oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and sugar for 30 min.

Air fry at 390° for 20 min, flipping at the halfway mark.

For the broth, combine water, chicken buillon, garlic, soy sauce, and lemon grass and bring to boil. Add more soy sauce to fit your taste preference. Add bok choy and cook for the last 2 minutes.

Assemble the bowl with white rice, sliced chicken, bok choy, and ladle on the broth on top. Garnish with green onion, cilantro, and chili oil.
