½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 cloves garlic, finely grated

1 tsp grated lemon zest

½ tsp Dijon mustard

Kosher salt and pepper

¼ cup fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

2 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

2 Tbsp grated pecorino cheese

4 hero-size rolls, split

Instruktioner

1. In medium bowl, combine butter, garlic, lemon zest, Dijon and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Fold in parsley, Parmesan and pecorino.

2. Heat air fryer to 350°F. Add 4 sliced roll halves to air-fryer basket and air-fry 2 min. Remove and spread the compound butter to cover each half. Return to basket and air-fry until golden brown and crispy, 5 min. more. Transfer to cutting board. Repeat with remaining roll halves. Slice garlic bread before serving.
