Brown butter - medium temp until bubbling and golden brown
200gm butter
1 tsp fresh or jar ginger
1 tablespoon golden syrup
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Base - mix together
Butter mixture (cooled)
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp butterscotch or vanilla essence
3 cups flour
Instruktioner
Bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 20min
Ganache/icing - melt for 1min 30 ( 3 x 30sec increments)
250gm white chocolate
1 tablespoon milk or cream
50gm butter
1 tsp ground ginger
