Chicken Shawarma

Ingredienser

6 boneless & skinless chicken thighs

2 tbsp greek yoghurt

3 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp chilli flakes

Juice 1 lemon

3 garlic cloves minced

Salt & pepper

2 tbsp butter

Bunch finely chopped corriander

Lemon zest

To a bowl add the chicken, yoghurt, paprika, chilli, lemon juice, garlic, salt & pepper. Cover then marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

Once marinated add the chicken the skewers then cook in the airfryer for 25 mins at 190 or 35 mins at 200 in the oven

10 mins in melt the butter and mix with some coriander & lemon zest and brush the skewer with some of the butter. Repeat this every 5 mins until cooked then serve 😍
