Lori’s Fruity Nutty Chicken Salad

Ingredienser

1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast

1 handful of sellers grapes

1 small red delicious apple

1 snack box of raisins

1 c mayonnaise (more if too dry)

1 package(s) chopped walnuts, 4 oz

1/2 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon curry

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper

Instruktioner

Cook chicken breast in fry pan with more of listed seasonings. When cooked through, shred or dice small.

Add seasonings to mayo and stir.

Add grapes. I usually cut mine in 4-6 pieces...nice little chunks.

Add a good covering of chopped walnuts.

Add the Red Delicious apples, Finely chopped, add raisins.

Mix well so you get a little of everything in every bite.

I like mine on regular old saltine crackers but I am sure it would be good on toast as well. It is even good by itself.
