Burrata & Roasted Grape Tapas Board

Ingredienser

1 ball burrata cheese

1 cup red grapes, halved

1 tsp olive oil

1 tsp honey

Pinch of sea salt

¼ cup walnuts or pistachios, toasted

Fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs

Crackers, crostini, or baguette slices for serving

Instruktioner

Roast grapes: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss grapes with olive oil, honey, and a pinch of sea salt. Spread on a baking tray and roast for 12–15 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.

Prepare board: Place burrata in the center of a serving board.

Assemble: Spoon warm roasted grapes around the burrata. Sprinkle toasted nuts and garnish with rosemary or thyme.

Serve: Drizzle a little extra honey on top and serve with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
