Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

Ingredienser

1 lb chicken breasts (thin sliced)

1 box pasta of choice

2 bags bacon Caesar salad mix

Salt, pepper and cowboy butter seasoning to taste

1 tsp chicken bouillon powder

Olive oil spray

Instruktioner

In a large pot, add water, salt and chicken bouillon powder. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook until done. Drain and spray lightly with olive oil. Set aside.

In a large bowl, add the salad mixes and all ingredients that came with it. Mix well. Mine didn’t have Parmesan cheese, so I added about 1/4 cup.

Season one side of the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and cowboy butter seasoning. Ina skillet, add some oil and allow to get hot. Place chicken (seasoned side down) in the oil. Add seasonings to other side. Cook until internal temp is 145-150. Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes. Slice it up.

Grab your plate and layer it up. Pasta, salad and chicken! Enjoy!!!
