375g (3 cups) all-purpose flour
30g (2 Tbsp) vital wheat gluten
12g (1 Tbsp) baking powder
10g Kinders Caramelized Onion Butter Seasoning OR nutritional yeast
10g (2 tsp) salt
Dash of garlic powder and Italian seasoning
Wet Ingredients
500g (2 cups) plain 0% Greek yogurt
400g (1 â cups) fat-free ultrafiltered milk
20g (4 tsp) olive oil
Toppings
400g (2 cups) tomato sauce
227g (2 cups/8oz) reduced-fat mozzarella
40g (â cup) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
140g (5oz) smoked Ham
45g (32 slices) Turkey pepperoni
50g (2oz) crumbled Bacon
Instruktioner
In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients thoroughly (you want it to be fully homogenized). Add Greek yogurt, ultrafiltered milk, and olive oil. Stir until a thick batter forms (it will be a batter consistency)
Line a half-sheet pan (13Ă18Ă1 inch) with parchment paper, OR use a ceramic non-stick sheet pan. Spread dough evenly to edges.
Bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until firm. Remove and rest for 5 minutes
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the crust. Top with mozzarella, Parmigiano Reggiano, ham, bacon, and turkey pepperoni. Finish with garlic powder and a light oil spray.
Return to oven, bake at 375°F for ~10 minutes. Switch to broil and cook for an additional 2-5 minutes until the top is browned.
Let cool slightly, then slice into 8 evenly sized rectangles
