3 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning mix (1 ½ packets

5-6 large dill pickles, (chopped, about 1 ½ cups)

24 pieces salami

8 large (8-inch) flour tortillas

Instruktioner

Mix filling ingredients.

To a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, dry ranch seasoning mix, and dill pickles. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are creamy and well incorporated. This makes about 4 cups filling.

Lay out the tortillas on a clean, dry work surface. Evenly spread ½ cup of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, ensuring the mixture reaches the edges.

Top with Salami

Roll up each tortilla. Cut into pieces.

Roll up each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, creating a compact log. Using a sharp knife, cut the rolls into ¾-inch pieces. Serve immediately.*
