Carrot Cake

Ingredienser

2 c flour

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

2 c sugar

1 tsp salt

4 eggs

1 c Mazola

4 c grated carrot

1/2 c chopped pecans

Frosting:

4 tbsp soft butter

6 oz soft cream cheese

4 c icing sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Instruktioner

350 oven

Grease & flour 2 9" round pans or 9x13" pan.

Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, sugar, salt.

Beat eggs frothy & add oil & mix. Add to flour mix with spoon.

Stir in carrot & pecans.

Pour into pans, bake 30-35 minutes.

Cool & frost.
