I have discovered THE best calorie deficit snacks of all time. Since first having this, I now have it multiples times in a week.
It allows me to pick and snack all afternoon as it has a lot of volume for the amount of calories + protein.
I’ve got LOADS of flavour combination ideas, both sweet and savoury, so make sure you’re following me for the next one in this series.

To make this savoury DCSS, you’ll need:
1 whole cucumber
2 tbsp (60g) greek yoghurt
10g jalapeños, sliced
15g pickled cabbage
10g sriracha
5g fresh coriander
100g cooked and seasoned 5% pork mince
Season with MSG (or salt), pepper & garlic powder.

Instruktioner
Slice the cucumber thinly using a mandolin and then combine all of the ingredients in the deli container.
Put a lid on. Shake it all up and eat with chopsticks for best results (just kidding, that’s optional)
