4 tbsp of Flour
1 tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp of Honey
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp of Red Chili Flakes
Pinch of cayenne
1 tsp of grated Ginger
Instruktioner
1) Pat dry the salmon and lightly salt and pepper both sides. Coat the salmon in flour and dust off any excess flour
2) In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, red chili flakes, and grated ginger.
3) Turn the heat up to medium and drizzle in the oil in a pan. Once the pan is hot, add the salmon skin side facing down and pan fry it for 3 minutes on first side. Flip and let cook for 1 min
4) Pour in the sauce and turn heat to low. Continuously spoon the sauce all over the fish. Cook for 2-3 minutes until done
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
