High Protein Mini Pizzas

Ingredienser

Crust:

  • 2 cups of cottage cheese

  • 2 eggs

  • 1½ cups flour

  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

  • 6 oz Kirkland ham or any protein you’d like

  • 1 tsp of Ranch seasoning

Toppings:

  • ½ cup pizza sauce

  • 24 turkey pepperoni

  • 1 cup Cheese

Instruktioner

Mix in the crust ingredients together. Spread six pizza sized circles on parchment paper. Add pizza sauce and toppings on top of the pizza bases. Bake at 400°F for 30-35 min.
