Gnocchi (Pumpkin)

Ingredienser

  • 26oz pumpkin puree

  • 1 large egg

  • over 50% flour

  • Salt

Instruktioner

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water

  2. Combine puree, salt, and egg then slowly add flour until the dough is a ball

  3. Kneed until smooth and homogeneous

  4. Roll into logs and cut into small blobs

  5. Drop into boiling water and remove when they float

  6. Toss in sauce

Perfect amount for “Baked Balsamic Zucchini Sauce”

Can substitute puree for mashed potatoes or roasted squash

NOTE: couldn’t takes pumpkin
