Ingredienser

3 cups self-raising flour

2 cups kefir

Topping: egg wash and sesame seeds

Instruktioner

Preheat oven to 180c

In a large bowl combine the kefir and self-raising flour.

If too sticky slowly add some more flour

Form a large dough and split equally into 7-8 wedges

Roll into balls and add to a prepared baking sheet

Flatten balls slightly

Brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with sesame seeds

Bake for 20-25 minutes
