Ingredienser

1/4 cup ground flaxseed

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other dairy-free milk, plus 1/4 cup extra if needed)

pinch of salt

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1-2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instruktioner

Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.

Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until porridge thickens and starts to bubble.

Remove from heat and add extra milk if needed to thin and increase creaminess. Transfer to bowl. Add desired toppings and serve immediately.
