Sugar Cookies (Michelle Lehto’s Mom)

• portioner: 30 cookies

Ingredienser

1 c sugar

1 c softened margarine or butter

3 tablespoons milk or cream

1 tsp vanilla

1 egg

3 c flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Instruktioner

In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients and blend well.

Combine remaining dry ingredients and add to the wet. Mix.

Chill dough for easy handling

Heat oven to 400

Roll dough 1/3 at a time on floured surface to 1/4 inch thick

Cut with cookie cutter and place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 5-8 minutes until light brown.
