1.33c Fat Free Greek Yogurt

1.33c Egg Whites (or 1c egg whites + 1/3c egg)

Toppings to taste:

Instruktioner

In a bowl, combine flour, egg whites, and yogurt. Season to taste and mix in whatever you like.

Spray pam (or use oil) on a griddle or pan. Fry up your pancakes.

Quantities above are for 16 small pancakes. Serve 2 with a runny egg.
