1 large package spinach (400g)
1 cup white beans
1 clove garlic
⅓ cup nutritional yeast
⅓ cup hemp seeds
Juice of half a lemon
⅓ cup fresh chives
Handful of parsley
¼ cup reserved pasta water
¼ - ½ tsp salt to taste
Instruktioner
Put your pasta on to boil and cook according to package directions.
Steam or boil your spinach for 5 minutes until wilted.
Remove your spinach from the water, then add to a blender with the rest of your ingredients to make the green goddess sauce.
Add reserved pasta water to get your desired consistency and add salt to taste.
Pour your sauce over your pasta, serve, and enjoy.
