Potato Salad

2lbs - baby potatoes (best to stick to one kind)
2-3 dollops of Mayo
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
2-4 hard boiled eggs
Splash of vinegar (white wine)
Paprika - little bit
Dijon mustard - 1tbsp (to taste)
Onion - thinly sliced
Celery - 2-3 stalks, finely diced
Instruktioner
1. Quarter or half potatoes & boil to fork tender
2. Season potatoes while hot - garlic powder, salt, pepper
3. Cool down until warm to touch, don’t want to melt the mayo
4. Mix in everything else
5. Keep adjusting until you like it
Can add sugar if too vinegary
