Ingredienser

Preheat oven to 400 for 20 mins or 350 for 15 mins

Skin and slice fruit 2/3” thick - plums and peaches

Add blueberries, lemon juice, sugar in bowl

Toss and put into cobbler dishes; don’t fill them too full

Use small scoop for pastry dough; 4 scoops per cobbler

Use sheet pan with parchment

Bake until brown and bubbling
