12 oz spaghetti
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ cups heavy cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, extra parmesan, parsley
Instruktioner
Cook the spaghetti: Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the steak: Season steak with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak slices for 2–4 minutes until browned and juicy. Remove and set aside.
Make the Alfredo sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream and let it gently simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Add the cheese: Stir in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
Add spinach: Toss in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Combine everything: Return steak and spaghetti to the skillet. Toss well until everything is coated in the creamy Alfredo sauce.
Garnish and serve: Top with parsley, extra parmesan, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.
Why It Works:
The richness of Alfredo sauce clings to every strand of spaghetti while the steak adds bold, savory depth. The spinach balances it all with a hint of freshness, making this dish indulgent without feeling too heavy. It’s a restaurant-style meal made right at home—pure creamy perfection in every bite. 😌🧄🧀
