Chicken marinade
800g chicken breast
180g 0% Greek yoghurt
tsp garlic paste
tsp ginger paste
tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
tsp salt
tsp coriander
tbsp garam masala
tsp turmeric
Cook on medium-high heat with cooking spray till 3/4 done then set aside.
Butter chicken sauce
20g grass-fed butter
1 medium white onion (sliced julienne)
tsp garlic paste
tsp ginger paste
tbsp Tomato paste
tsp cumin
tsp turmeric
tsp coriander
tsp salt
tsp chilli powder (optionally sub with paprika for less spice)
200ml chicken stock (brand: oxo)
70g 0% Greek yoghurt
400g chopped canned tomatoes
Other ingredients
200g basmati rice (uncooked weight)
50ml light single cream (brand: ElmLea)
Coriander leaves
Storage & Heating ♨️
Store for up to 5 days in the fridge
