Ingredients (Serves 3)

600g chicken breast, diced

1 onion, sliced

2carrots, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp rice vinegar

70g peanut butter

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 red pepper, sliced

1 yellow pepper, sliced

250g pre-cooked noodles

Instruktioner

Throw the chicken, onion, carrots, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, peanut butter, honey, sriracha into the slow cooker. Give it a ridiculously thorough stir, making sure everything’s properly coated.

Whack the lid on and let it do its thing on high for 2.5 hours.

Come back, release the steam, add the sliced peppers and pre-cooked noodles, and stir it all together. Let them get to know each other for another 10 minutes.

Serve up a steaming bowl of Peanut Butter & Sriracha Chicken Noodles and enjoy your fakeaway
