Beef Burger Filo Pie

Ingredienser

200g extra lean beef mince

40g diced onion

40g diced pickles

50ml reduced sugar ketchup / tomato sauce

20ml mustard

30g lightest cream cheese (65% less fat)

50g tomato passata

25g mozzarella cheese

50g filo pastry

1 egg (for the egg wash)

Optional: sesame seeds

Instruktioner

Throw everything into a bowl and mix it up.

Tip the mixture into an oven dish.

Lay the filo pastry on top, brush with the egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds if you fancy.

Bake for 45 minutes at 200°C.

Slice it up, let it cool a bit, then demolish.
