Here’s the full recipe👇
40g of rolled oats
1 medium banana
80g high protein vanilla yoghurt / low fat greek
1 Egg
20g vanilla protein
Quarter teaspoon of baking powder
50ml of almond milk (or any other milk of choice)
15g chocolate chips (dark or reduced sugar)
Cook in the oven for 30 minutes @ 180 celcius/350 farenheit or 30 minutes in the airfryer
Bowl size is 620 ml
