1 large red onion, (thinly sliced)

1 cup fresh parsley, (chopped)

2 tablespoons olive oil

lemon juice, (1 lemon)

1 tablespoon ground sumac

½ teaspoon kosher salt

Instruktioner

Add the ingredients for sumac onions to a serving bowl and massage to combine for 2-3 minutes.

Taste and season with more ground sumac. Cover and set it aside for 30 minutes before serving.
