1 packed cup cilantro (leaves & tender stems)

2-3 jalapeños seeds/ribs removed if you dont want it that spicy

1 garlic clove, chopped

1 bunch scallions, chopped

2 tbsp lime juice (plus more to taste)

salt to taste

1 tsp honey

1/2 cup mayo

1/4 cup yogurt or sour cream

Just blend it and chill till it’s ready to use!
