Light mozzarella cheese – 40 g / 1.4 oz

Parmesan cheese – 40 g / 1.4 oz

Greek yogurt (natural light) – 45 g / 3 tbsp / 1.6 oz

Green leaf lettuce – 2 leaves

Tomato – ½ small, sliced

Avocado – ⅓ avocado (approx 50 g / 1.8 oz)

Sprouts – 1 small handful

Instruktioner

Lay the pepperoni slices in a tight circle on parchment or a non-stick mat

Top with mozzarella and bake at 180 °C / 360 °F for 15 minutes until the base crisps

Spread Greek yogurt over the top

Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado and sprouts

Fold and demolish
