Saucy Meatballs

2 lbs lean ground beef
½ cup fine bread crumbs
1 egg
½ tsp salt
½tsp pepper
½tsp Italian Seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
⅓ cup milk
1 onion - chopped fine
Sauce #1
12 oz Chili Sauce
10 oz Grape Jelly
Juice of lemon
Sauce #2
12 oz Chili Sauce
10 oz Peach Preserves
1 env Onion Soup Mix
Sauce #3
1 c Orange Marmalade
1 btl Catalina
3 Tbsp Worcestershire
¼ c Crushed Red Pepper
Instruktioner
Combine first 9 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Shape into small meatballs.
Brown meatballs in fry pan. Drain off fat.
Place meatballs in mixture of selected sauce for 40 minutes at low heat.
Can use frozen bought meatballs.
