Stead, Pear and Walnut Salad

Ingredienser

2 cups cooked tender beef steak

1 firm ripe pear, cut into 12 wedges

1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese

1/4 cup coarsely chopped toasted walnuts

1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instruktioner

In a large bowl combine steak, greens, pear wedges, cheese and walnuts. Drizzle with dressing; toss gently to coat. Serves four.
