2 cups green beans, trimmed
Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning

Cook the tortellini & green beans:
Boil tortellini according to package instructions. Add green beans during the last 3–4 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
Sear the steak bites:
Season steak with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 3–5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
Build the base:
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Make the parmesan cream sauce:
Pour in heavy cream and milk, letting it simmer for 3–4 minutes. Stir in parmesan until melted into a smooth, velvety sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.
Bring it all together:
Add tortellini, green beans, and steak back into the skillet. Toss gently until everything is coated in that rich parmesan sauce.
Serve & finish:
Top with fresh parsley, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, and a touch of lemon zest for brightness. Serve warm and enjoy every creamy bite!
Why It Works:
The parmesan sauce brings deep, savory richness, while the green beans add a fresh, crisp contrast that keeps the dish from feeling too heavy. Paired with tender steak and cheesy tortellini, it’s the perfect balance of indulgent and fresh. 😌🧀🌱
