Pistachio Date Chocolate Balls

Ingredients (makes 8):
8 medjool dates
60 g pistachios
60 g dark chocolate
Instruktioner
Pit the medjool dates. Add them to a food processor together with pistachios. Blend until a thick paste is formed.
Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball using your hands.
Melt the dark chocolate, take a ball and dip into it. Remove with a fork and place on parchment paper. Repeat with all of them. Sprinkle some ground pistachios.
Place in the refrigerator until set. Enjoy!
