Peanut butter and jelly cake

Ingredienser

1 box yellow cake mix

1 c peanut butter

Another 1/4 - 1/2 c peanut butter

1 stick melted butter

4 eggs

1 1/4 c milk

1 c strawberry jam

Another 1/4 c strawberry jam

1 - 8 oz container cool whip

Instruktioner

In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, 1 c peanut butter, 4 eggs, melted butter, and milk. It will not be smooth.

Pour into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 35-45 mins.

Cool for 15 mins. Poke holes with end of rounded wooden spoon or other utensil.

Melt jam in microwave. Pour over cake and spread.

Spread cool whip over cake. Melt (in separate bowls) 1/4 - 1/2 c pb and 1/4 c jam. Drizzle over the top with each.

Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
