Copycat Chili’s Queso Dip

16 ounces processed cheese

1 cup whole milk

15 ounce no-bean chili

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/4 cup white onion

1/4 cup fresh cilantro

1 (9 ounce) corn tortilla chips

Instruktioner

Gather all ingredients.

Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add cheese and milk; cook, stirring often, until smooth, about 4 minutes.

Stir in chili, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and cayenne. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together onion and cilantro in a small bowl.

Top queso with cilantro-onion mixture, and serve with tortilla chips and salsa on the side. Recipe developed by Amanda Stanfield
